Job Description:


  • Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
  • Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to residents
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction.
  • Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
  • Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
  • Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents
  • Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time


Job Qualification:


  • Graduate of BS Tourism Management, Hospitality, Management, or any related course
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have related internship experience
  • Can start ASAP
  • Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday
