Position: HR & Admin Specialist

Industry: BPO Company

Location: Makati City

Salary: Php20,000 Php25,000

Schedule: Monday Friday

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree holder in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course.

Open for Fresh Graduates

At least 1 year of work experience in HR and Administrative role.

Experience working in the same industry is advantage

Amenable to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Maintaining accurate employee databases and proper attendance records

Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding

Assisting the HR Manager in policy development, hiring processes, and salary administration

Coordinating new employee orientation and training programs to support smooth integration into the company
