Employee Relations, Taguig

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and control documents in accordance with the rules of the company.
• Communicate to employees to understand the companys Code of Discipline.
• Ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and memorandum pertaining to disciplinary cases.
• Comply with DOLE 1020 registration, DOLE General Labor Standards and Occupational Safety and Health standards.
• Prepare and monitor ER reports(Attrition, Exit interviews, NODs, AWOL).
• Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
• Tracks, organizes and documents all employee cases and disciplinary measures).
• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code.
• Conduct exit interview to all separated employees as a strategic approach to evaluate the quality of work-life within the Organization and identify problems associated with employee retention and engagement.
• Perform other functions related to position and qualification that are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Science/Law or Political Science.
• Open to Fresh Graduate with relative internship experience.
• Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
• Amenable to work on site: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
