The Butler is responsible for the seamless running of the office pantry, ensuring a high standard of service, organization, and cleanliness.

The individual will manage day-to-day office operations and provide personalized services to the principal(s) and their guests.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the office operations, including maintenance and food services.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance.


Butler Services:

  • Provide formal table service during meals, including wine service, ensuring impeccable presentation and etiquette.
  • Greet and serve guests, ensuring their comfort and attending to their needs promptly and discreetly.


Household Administration:

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory lists.
  • Ensure the office supplies is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment and systems are in working order.


Education and Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Education: Relevant certification in Household Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
