Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.
  • Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.
  • Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.


Qualifications:

  • Must be Assoc Undergrad/Graduate and College Undergrad/Graduate
  • With or without BPO Experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
  • Willing to work on-site (Market! Market! BGC, Taguig City)
