JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree holder in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• With 23 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer; background in marketing or sales support is an advantage
• Experience in preparing reports, sales summaries, or business reviews is a strong plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Amenable to face-to-face interviews
• Can start immediately or as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main coordinator between the Metro Manila Sales Team and internal departments to ensure timely support for customer inquiries, orders, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer databases, price lists, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Track and analyze sales performance; prepare regular reports and basic sales trend summaries.
• Assist the Assistant Manager with delegated tasks, ensuring timely implementation and completion.
• Prepare and submit daily order forms for processing to the concerned department.
• Encode new customer information into the internal system accurately and promptly.
