POSITION: HR and Admin Assistant (open for fresh graduates)

INDUSTRY: BPO Company

WORK LOCATION: Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SALARY: Php18,000-Php25,000

WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Coordinate new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Maintain personnel records, including hiring, transfers, and terminations.
• Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining digital and physical files
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
