Business Agility Practitioner, Taguig

-You will engage with clients to provide insights and strategies that enhance their organizational agility. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and facilitating discussions to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for guiding clients through their transformation journeys, ensuring they are equipped to adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies.

- Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies to enhance business agility.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• IBP and CIDS technical skills to support System Integration project
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Amenable to work in Shifting Schedule and Hybrid Set-up
