Social Media Content Moderator (Pure Non-Voice)

Location: Bonifacio One Tech Tower, BGC


The role is responsible for reviewing and moderating social media content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies.


Job Requirements:
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher
  • At least 1 year BPO experience
  • At least 1 year customer-facing experience
  • Strong written communication and comprehension skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules


Job Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content based on established guidelines
  • Identify and escalate content that violates platform policies
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in content classification decisions
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling repetitive tasks
  • Protect user safety and confidentiality at all times
