Legal Operations Assistant, Taguig

• Assist with the daily operations of the Legal Department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Manage legal calendars, deadlines, meetings, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain, organize, and update legal files, contracts, and document management systems.
• Support billing, invoicing, and expense tracking for external legal counsel.
• Track contracts, renewals, approvals, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Help develop, document, and improve legal workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in compliance tracking, audits, and regulatory filings as required.
• Monitor adherence to internal legal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Provide support in the use and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or operations-related role.
• Experience supporting a legal department, law firm, or corporate environment is preferred.
• Paralegal or Legal Operations certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of contract life cycle management systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and compliance teams.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills.
• High-attention to details, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

Work Schedule:

Monday-Saturday (9:00am- 6:00pm)
