Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Location: BGC
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Dayshift (Fixed weekends off)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and is willing to work onsite in BGC.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
- Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Qualifications
- At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Willing to work onsite in BGC
- Open to shifting schedules (predominantly dayshift)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Open to all segments: Starter, Adapter, and Shifter
