- Support referrals, pre-authorization processes, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring full HIPAA compliance
- Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports
High school graduates, college undergraduates, and degree holders
No experience needed previous experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills required
