The Philippine branch handles the importing of products, finding new market opportunities, assisting with sales, and working closely with local distributors and food service businesses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree holder
• With 2-3 years experience as a sales admin or marketing is an advantage
• With experience in making report and business review is a plus
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary coordinator between the Metro Manila Sales Team and internal departments to ensure timely support for customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, price lists, contracts, and sales documentation; track sales performance and prepare regular reports, including basic sales trend analyses.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager.
• Prepare and process daily sales order forms.
• Encode and update information for newly acquired customers in the system.
• Monitor and manage inventory of sample bottles and sales kits.
• Ensure systematic filing and proper maintenance of essential documents and records.
