Local Customer Service Representative, Taguig

Qualifications:

• Experience in any customer service are welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Amenable to work on Dayshift schedule.
• Willing to attend the virtual interview and can start ASAP.

• Conducts outbound calls to CPMA call outs in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts.
• Handles simple and general inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
• Refers request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate clients complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead.
• Logs successful calls in Sales Force within the call date and immediately refers requests beyond scope for callback to a tenured staff. Monitors and closes all open SRs on agreed turnaround time.
