  • Advocate and assist job seekers by helping locate opportunities, refine/improve resumes, and facilitate logistics for interviews.
  • Contact job seekers and employers via phone call, email, and/or SMS to coordinate potential hires and opportunities.
  • Schedule as many interviews as possible with qualified candidates and to maximize the number of job placements within the Jobley portal.


Qualifications

At least 2 years of solid experience in US Talent Acquisition, US RPO, or US staffing agency

Comfortable working with hiring managers and hiring directors and possibly C-suite contacts

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems

Excellent business English communication skills

Professional phone etiquette capable of handling both inbound and volume outbound calls


Preferred Qualifications

More than 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting

With impeccable negotiation techniques - able to execute offer negotiations, etc.

With experience in volume hiring, seasonal hiring, and able to handle niche campaigns
