Admin Supervisor, Taguig

Administrative Manager will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the office facility ranging from employee/department administrative support, government clearances, event supervision, procurement and inventory control, record management, and workplace safety. 

• Manage the Admin Team composed of Admin Assistant, Admin officer, receptionists, janitorial staff, and security services in overseeing the companys assets, equipment, and facilities.
• Organize and coordinate company events in collaboration with other departments.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of internal and outsourced staff related to the upkeep of company buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Monitor monthly consumption and allocation of fuel, parking, and toll fees.
• Track and manage the utilization of petty cash.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
•  5+ years experience in Administrative or Office Management role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficient In MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), Google Workspace, Oracle or SAP
•  Proven experience in Leadership, Management, Organizational, Problem Solving and Legal and Compliance Awareness
• Must have experience working in a company with 100 or more employees, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-departmental environment.

Employment Type: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, MONDAY - FRIDAY, Fixed Weekends
