Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Career Support Associates
• Set daily/weekly performance targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1 coaching session
• Drive team morale, productivity, and accountability
• Manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage

Operational Support

• Oversee daily operations related to job seeker and employer engagement
• Proactively steps in to drive recruitment efforts when needed to ensure hiring goals are met
• Monitor team metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions in partnership with local teams
• Provide escalation support for complex or sensitive job seeker/employer concerns

Job Seeker & Employer Engagement

• Guide team in reviewing candidate profiles and matching them with suitable job opportunities
• Support efforts to improve candidate readiness (e.g., resume reviews, coaching)
• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and candidate pipelines
• Ensure strong relationships are built with employers and job seekers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a contact center or recruitment operations environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a track record of driving team performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage team workflows, priorities, and schedules
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Ability to work in US night shift hours
• Proficient in using multiple tools and systems to manage job matching processes
• Comfortable making multiple outbound calls for job coordination purposes
