Our team is growing! Join us! We are looking for a Customer

Service Assistant who is willing to work with us in office in BGC Taguig City.

Job Accountabilities:

• Attend to customers' inquiries and requests timely in both calls and emails within the set communication procedures.
• Handle new customers profile verification and update
• Handles and Provides efficient responses to inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year college / Bachelors College Degree in any field
• With atleast six (6 months) or one (1 year) experience in Customer Service
• Key attention to details and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations and multiple task
• Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on-site
• Can start ASAP
