Electrical Estimator, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-scope electrical takeoffs including distribution routing, riser analysis, and developed conduit and conductor length calculations.
• Quantify complete electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, rough-ins, equipment connections, grounding and bonding, lightning protection, fire alarm, and related systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates within Intellibid.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps, discrepancies, and constructability risks, and generate RFIs as required.
• Compare plan revisions and quantify scope impacts between drawing sets.
• Maintain change/revision documentation and update bid inputs accordingly.
• Analyze vendor/supplier quotations and prepare bid comparison summaries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience with US-based projects and familiarity with NEC.
• Strong Understanding of electrical distribution system and installation methods.
• Knowledgeable in Intellibid and willing to learn the software independently.
• Experience with estimating and digital takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools).
• Strong ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• On-site construction experience is preferred.
