Qualifications:

• HS Graduate or College Graduate
• with more than 1 year of experience handling international voice account\
• without experience are welcome to apply

Responsibilties:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Follow communication scripts, policies, and workflows as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
