- HS Graduate or College Graduate
- with more than 1 year of experience handling international voice account\
- without experience are welcome to apply
Responsibilties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when needed.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and workflows as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
