SALARY: Php70,000-Php80,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource or any related field
• With 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist in a BPO company
• Amendable to work in a hybrid set up
• Amendable to work in Mid shift schedule
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with operations to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct capability assessments and recommend development solutions.
• Support compensation planning and salary benchmarking for BPO roles.
