About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead for IT Systems who can bridge the gap between marketing operations and technical implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of IT systems and tools essential for supporting marketing operations and project execution. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth coordination between technical and non-technical teams, efficient project delivery, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all marketing-related projects are accurately scoped, planned, and executed within timelines.

Prepare key project documents, including project charters, work plans, and communication plans.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure goals remain achievable.

Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Team, IT, and other departments.

Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and CRM-related tasks.

Communicate and collaborate with software/system vendors regarding CRM and reporting requirements.

Work closely with senior executives in a multicultural environment to align projects with strategic business objectives.

Oversee lead data flow, conversion tracking, and reporting within CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).

Ensure accurate data is captured, validated, and disseminated across relevant teams.

Collaborate with IT to improve reporting processes and dashboard functionality.

Support inter-department initiatives involving marketing activities.

Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing projects involving cross-team coordination and vendor management.

Strong background in CRM reporting, data management, and marketing process optimization.

Technical literacy with a solid understanding of IT systems and tools used in marketing operations.

Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
