Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues related to telecom, insurance, banking, or financial services products
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations


Qualifications
  • Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects
  • READY Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma required
  • Must provide SSS employment history
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in customer service within Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools
