Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application)

Industry: IT company

Location: Taguig City

Salary: Php 20,000 Php 25,000

Schedule: nightshift

Job Requirements:

• bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting, finance or any related.
• With at least 1-2 year of experience in end to end Cash Application or Accounts receivable
• knowledgeable in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.
• with experience working in a BPO company is a plus
• Amenable to work in Night shift.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to end Cash application process

Payment processing: Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources, including checks, lockbox, ACH/EFTs, and credit cards.

Cash research: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts, explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.

Account reconciliation: Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.

Data entry and record-keeping: Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.
