JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language.
• Can Communicate in English (Conversational).
• With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage.
• Open for Undergrad and Bachelors Degree holder.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email.
• Accurately document all support interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
