German Accounting Associate (Php90,000 + Taguig)

Position: German Accounting Associate 2

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Salary: Php 90,000

Schedule: Midshift

Work Setup: Max of 1 day of WFH per week upon regularization; full onsite during 1st 6 months

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino national proficient in German Language
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• With SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
• With Customer Service experience is a plus
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves as primary contact between customers and other areas of the business
• Review and support orders to resolve delivery and billing blocks, and incomplete orders.
• Handle Credits and Return Goods Authorizations, and Debits.
• Document customer interactions by recording details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks when needed
