JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipinos who can speak, read, and write Spanish.
• Open to undergraduate students and Bachelors degree holders.
• Experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
• Skilled in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work on-site 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
• Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
• Following appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
• Preparing a complete and accurate report on the issues received
• Performing other related tasks needed
