We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented customer representative to support customers by handling inquiries, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, with or without experience in BPO setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient services, insurance, and provider coordination
- Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and benefits
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
- Document interactions accurately in CRM or EHR systems
- Relay messages between patients and clinics while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply!
- Atleast 1 year of experience in healthcare support or customer service for college level candidates
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work setup: Onsite
Office location: BGC Taguig
