JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language
• With 1 year experience in a Spanish Customer Service Representative role
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and resolve support requests from end-users via phone and email
• Accurately document all support interactions and activities
• Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
