About the Role:

The Software Engineer (Mid-Level) will directly report to the IT Manager and is responsible for software development, coding, and building scalable, high-quality applications. The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless system integration to support the companys technological growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop software applications: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java, Python, PHP, and Laravel Framework, including API development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with project managers and the IT Manager to define and implement new features and functionalities.

Troubleshoot and debug: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks in the codebase.

Code review and quality assurance: Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Database management: Design, implement, and maintain databases and data structures (SQL/NoSQL as needed).

Testing and documentation: Write unit tests and integration tests, ensuring comprehensive technical documentation for the codebase.

Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest process and tool enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

At least 3 years of experience in software development, project coordination, or IT project management.

Proficient in Java, Python, PHP, and the Laravel Framework, with experience in API development.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
