- Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
- Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
- Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
- Generate & send medical reports
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate, college undergraduate, college graduate
- With or Without Experience | Healthcare account experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills
