What Youll Be Doing

Handle inbound and outbound interactions across various channels
Provide professional, accurate, and empathetic customer support
Resolve customer issues and answer product/service questions
Maintain accurate customer records in line with corporate and client guidelines
Consistently meet BGO and client performance standards

Educational Attainment (Required):

For SHS Graduates: A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in an international account is required
For College Students/Graduates: 2nd-year college undergraduates and degree holders are welcome to applyno BPO experience needed
