Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree of any course

With at least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing

With at least 3 years supervisory

SAP experience is a plus

Global Payroll experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries or regions.

Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, incentives, and deductions.

Prepare and present payroll reports and analytics for management and finance teams.

Coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits across regions.

Supervise and develop a team of payroll specialists or coordinators globally or regionally.
