Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with operations and management teams
- Monitor orders and system updates
- Handle administrative and support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- With experience in admin or back-office work (preferred)
- Must be comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and mobile apps
- Good time management skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
We Offer:
- 19,00025,000
- Starts at 19,000 during the probation period; salary may be reviewed upon regularization based on performance.
- Day Off
- 1 day per week (schedule to be coordinated with other staff)
- Work on weekends and holidays may be required, but will be treated as overtime/holiday pay.
- Working Hours
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Work From Home (WFH)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- On-site attendance required when necessary.
