Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide product/service information and help customers troubleshoot issues.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or team leads.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), FCR (First Call Resolution), and attendance.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, especially regarding data security and customer privacy.
