We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and customers, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone. This role also involves handling administrative duties, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests and customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Update and maintain customer information and records.
- Manage and organize monthly reports and documentation.
- Handle cashiering duties and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering processes.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in administrative or office support.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or service-oriented environments.
