Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of any course
- With at least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing
- With at least 3 years supervisory
- SAP experience is a plus
- Global Payroll experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the escalation point and backup to the Associate Manager and other team leads
- Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports
- End-to-end accountability for processes and transactions
- Produce and Distribute Pay to employees bank accounts
