Position: HR Specialist

Company Industry: IT Company

Work Location: BGC Taguig

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php150,000 and above

Work Set Up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of any course
  • With at least 5 years relevant experience in Payroll Processing
  • With at least 3 years supervisory
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Global Payroll experience is an advantage

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the escalation point and backup to the Associate Manager and other team leads
  • Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to direct reports
  • End-to-end accountability for processes and transactions
  • Produce and Distribute Pay to employees bank accounts
