Inside Sales Representative, Taguig

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and maintaining strong client relationships within the B2B market. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels to generate qualified leads.
• Identify business opportunities and promote products or services that meet client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market movements to identify new opportunities.

• Bachelors degree.
• 13 years of B2B sales or inside sales experiencE.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
