Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and value.

Conduct quality control checks throughout production and delivery.

- Fabrik builds standout physical brand experiences from modular booths and selling kiosks to photo setups and franchised food carts. As a start-up under Rogue Labs by MCI, we combine creativity with execution in events, pop-ups, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication Design Support

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop fabrication concepts.
• Create 3D mockups, renderings, and basic technical drawings using tools such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.
• Visualize modular, mobile, and scalable builds for events and activations.
• Ensure structural feasibility, materials compatibility, and functionality in designs.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

2. Business Development Assistance

• Identify and help pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Assist in developing tailored pitches and proposals that showcase Fabriks creative capabilities.
• Support the costing and presentation of project proposals.
• Help maintain strong client relationships and support efforts for repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment from proposal to execution.

3. Project Management

• Manage end-to-end project timelines and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value.
• Conduct quality control checks during production and upon final delivery.
