WORK SCHEDULE: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)

SALARY: Php20,000-Php27,000

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree
  • With 1 year experience in CSR
  • Amendable to work in Taguig or Pasay

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
