Position: Global Payroll Specialist

Company Industry: BPO

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Schedule: Weekends Off-Morning Shift

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

Work Set Up: Work on Site

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years experience in Payroll Processing
• at least 3 years supervisory
• Has experience using SAP Software
• Experience working in BPO Company is an advantage
• Global Payroll experience is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the team and handle internal payroll operations.
• Serve as the Associate Manager's and other team leads' backup and point of escalation.
• Determine areas that could want improvement.
• Provide monthly performance reviews and coaching to direct reports.
• Complete accountability for transactions and procedures
