The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the overall HR function with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits administration and end-to-end Recruitment processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring competitive compensation practices, effective benefits administration, and efficient talent acquisition to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Assist in the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards and company strategy.
- Administer payroll inputs, validate payroll changes, and coordinate with Finance/Payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, leaves, and other perks; serve as the point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to recommend changes for competitiveness.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and contract preparation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and implement improvements.
General HR Support:
- Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support HR audits, reports, and data analysis for management.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related concerns in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 24 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
