About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our senior management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day executive support, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and key action items.
• Support special projects, events, and company initiatives as needed.
• Maintain office organization and assist with administrative functions to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
