Summary: The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining client accounts for WGC. The Sales Associate's responsibilities include liaising between the WGC team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied, and understanding the goals of the clients. He/she should demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills, and should be proactive in addressing the needs of the clients and managing the sales process from start to finish. He/she should also assist in increasing the sales of all brands under WGC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client accounts
- Acting as the point of contact for clients
- Identifying potential new clients
- Identifying and implementing best practices
- Organizing meetings with clients about their needs
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
- Handling budgets and client invoices
- Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients experience
- Accomplishes and reports clients sales weekly
Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate or College Graduate
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales in the Food & Beverage Industry
- Extensive customer service experience
- Ability to increase customer engagement
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and GSuite
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time management skills
