Position: Global Payroll Specialist
Company Industry: BPO
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off Morning Shift
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience using SAP software
- Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage
- Global payroll experience is an advantage
- Open for fresh graduates
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the team and handle internal payroll operations.
- Serve as the Associate Managers and other team leads backup and point of escalation.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Provide monthly performance reviews and coaching to direct reports.
- Take full accountability for transactions and procedures.
- Ensure customer service delivery by balancing personnel needs, operational efficiency, and financial objectives.
- Oversee Quality Assurance processes and monitor parameters informally.
