Qualifications

  • At least Highschool graduates
  • With at least 6 months of CSR Experience (Healthcare experience would be an advantage but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction
  • The candidate must be capable of effectively managing phone calls
  • Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required
  • Candidates must be available for on-site work at either Market! Market!/McKinley, Taguig City
