Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Holder
- At least 2 years of working experience with US Human Resource fields.
- Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft HR modules.
- Experience working leading a teams
- Amenable to work graveyard shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for US time keeping, US termination monitoring and US benefits.
- Responsible for leading and guiding the teams
- Managing employee and benefits compensations and overseeing employee relations
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining accurate employee records and report.
