Schedule: Graveyard shift

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Holder
  • At least 2 years of working experience with US Human Resource fields.
  • Knowledgeable of PeopleSoft HR modules.
  • Experience working leading a teams
  • Amenable to work graveyard shift

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for US time keeping, US termination monitoring and US benefits.
  • Responsible for leading and guiding the teams
  • Managing employee and benefits compensations and overseeing employee relations
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and report.
