SALARY: Php90,000

• Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Create and enforce HR and admin policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure policies are compliant with legal requirements and reflect the companys values.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
