Position: HR/Admin Manager Up to Php90,000

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to Php90,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 6 to 7 experience in Human Resources field, with a strong focus on general HR operations
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Taguig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and draft related policies and employee handbook in alignment with DOLE standards, subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
• Create and implement process workflows along with internal and external company forms.
• Support and carry out employee engagement and relations activities as needed.
• Set up and manage systems for fixed asset tagging, monitoring, and equipment accountability.
• Track and report Philippine-based incidents or occurrences for inclusion in the Quarterly Management Report (QMR).
