Position: HR & Admin Manager

Company Industry: Renewable Energy Company

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Dayshift)

Salary: Up to Php90,000

Work Set Up: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree holder
• With at least 5-7 years of HR/Admin Manager experience is an advantage
• With experience managing General HR /Admin operation is a plus
• Willing to adapt Japanese culture
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and draft HRAD-related policies, employee handbooks, process workflows, company forms (internal and external), employment contracts, job offers, as well as compensation, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping documents.
• Handle general administrative duties, including risk and safety management, with support from the local assistant.
• Ensure all relevant operational documents are properly filed, recorded, and regularly updated.
• Assist the supervisor in managing unexpected visits from banks, hotels (director-level staff), and vendors or partners.
• Maintain and nurture communication and relationships with current and potential partners and vendors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting strong performance, professional growth, and alignment with department objectives.
• Carry out additional tasks as necessary to support the local office and facilitate teamwork.
